Policies, Terms and Conditions

Since our beginning, Barstools & More has held a record of outstanding customer service, and we intend to keep it that way. Wherever and whenever possible, we will work with you to resolve any issues that might arise before or after your order is placed. That being said, as with any retailer we have do some policies, terms and conditions that we would like you to know about.

Cancelling an Order

Once your order is submitted to us, we begin the process of placing the order with our manufacturers. For this reason, we are unable to accept any order cancellations.

Any exception to this policy will be solely at the discretion of Barstools & More.

Damaged Product

In the event you receive a product that is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will work with you, the manufacturer and the shipper to get you a replacement in a timely manner.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom-order furniture, we are not able to accept returns on any product. Exchanges are processed only as part of a warranty claim.

Any exception to this return policy will be solely at the discretion of Barstools & More.

Warranties

All of our products carry manufacturer warranties and generally cover defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins at the time of delivery.

Barstools & More provides no warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Barstools & More will not be responsibile for any damages arising out of the use or misuse of our products.

To begin a warranty claim, please contact us and let us know what problem you're experiencing. We will work with the manufacturer to be sure your claim is taken care of. In most cases, the manufacturer will ask for photos to determine the extent of warranty coverage.

Product Descriptions and Photos

We have done our best to accurately represent the products we sell on our website, in terms of product descriptions and photos. However, due to the nature of custom order furniture, we cannot guarantee that a product description or photo will exactly match the product. Differences in color, texture, pattern, grain, sheen, and other factors are not uncommon from what you may have seen in-store or on a swatch. This is due to many factors, such as differences in climate, dye lots, tanning process and the artisan responsible for making your furniture.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website, Barstools & More reserves the right to correct any error, omission or inaccuracy in its pricing at any time. This includes after an order has been placed, confirmed, and/or paid for. If such an error is discovered, we will contact the customer to resolve the problem. If an error is cancelled due to such a pricing error, we will refund the entire amount of the original charge.

State of Michigan Sales Tax

We will collect sales tax for orders shipped within Michigan. For those outside Michigan, it is the customer's responsibility to pay sales tax in accordance with the laws of their state.
